Sawyer was ready for the world at 30 weeks when my water broke on mommys birthday but it was too early so we were able to spend 5 weeks in the hospital and we arrived on 4/28- we spent a lot of time in the NICU and today we are almost 6 months and 13 pounds ❤️ Naps and eating are top faves 🤣🙏
