Loki is a little Treasure Hunter. He has a small hat and a tiny bag. He is brave, but he speaks softly.
Today Loki walks into the Spirit Garden. The garden is quiet. Leaves whisper, “shh… shh…”
Loki looks around. “Hello, garden,” he says.
A Princess is there. She wears a simple crown. She is kind and curious.
“Hi, Loki,” says the Princess. “I heard there is a treasure here.”
Loki nods. “Yes. We can find it together.”
They take little steps. Step, step. The path is green. The air smells sweet.
They see a pond. The pond is shiny like a mirror.
The Princess points. “I see something!”
Loki squints. “Is it treasure?”
They lean closer. It is only a round pebble.
The Princess giggles. “Not treasure. Just a pebble.”
Loki smiles. “Pebbles are nice too.” He puts it back. “We keep looking.”
They walk to tall flowers. The flowers sway. Sway, sway.
A blue butterfly lands on Loki’s hat.
Loki holds still. “Hello, little friend.”
The butterfly flutters away and lands on a stone with a spiral mark.
The Princess claps softly. “Maybe it is a clue!”
Loki kneels. “A spiral means… turn, turn.”
They turn around slowly. Turn, turn.
Behind them is a small gate made of vines. It was hiding in the leaves.
The Princess whispers, “Oh!”
Loki opens the gate. It squeaks, “eee.”
Inside is a tiny path. The path goes to a mound of soft moss.
Loki pats the moss. “Feels like a pillow.”
The Princess says, “Treasure could be under there.”
Loki takes his little shovel. He digs gently. Scoop, scoop.
Something goes clink.
Loki stops. “I hear metal.”
The Princess leans in. “Careful.”
Loki digs one more scoop. Out pops a small box. It is silver. It has a leaf shape on top.
Loki’s eyes go wide. “Treasure box!”
The Princess bounces. “Open it, open it!”
Loki tries. It will not open.
Loki frowns. “Hmm.”
The Spirit Garden feels still. Even the flowers wait.
The Princess says, “Maybe it needs a kind word.”
Loki looks at the box. He speaks softly, but clearly. “Please.”
Click.
The box opens.
Inside are three shiny things: a gold bell, a smooth jewel that glows warm, and two little crowns made of bright beads.
The Princess gasps. “Two crowns!”
Loki laughs. “One for you. One for me.”
He hands her a bead crown. She puts it on. It fits just right.
The Princess gives Loki the other crown. “For the best Treasure Hunter.”
Loki puts it on. “I feel… very brave.”
The gold bell makes a tiny sound, ding-ding, like a happy hello.
The warm jewel lights the path, just a little, like a night-light.
The Princess says, “We found real treasure!”
Loki nods. “And we found it together.”
They close the silver box and carry it carefully.
As they walk back, the Spirit Garden whispers, “thank you… thank you…”
Loki and the Princess wave.
At the gate, Loki says, “Next time, we can hunt again.”
The Princess says, “Yes! With our new crowns.”
They step out, step, step, with treasure in hand and smiles on their faces.
